Public Event Hire

We would be delighted to provide pony rides at your Fetes, Carnivals, fundraisers, private & public events, but be sure to book early as the dates fill up fast!

The ponies are sane and sensible and used to the 'lively, noisy, busy' fete environment so rest assured that they are well used to being bopped with balloons on sticks, mauled by children, patted in all the wrong places & generally surrounded by extreme noise, bouncy castles etc etc.
The rates of Hire are:
 
OPTION 1

Perfect for private / corporate events where you do not wish to charge those wanting to ride
2 ponies per hour = £175 including hats & handlers
3 ponies per hour = £250 including hats & handlers
**Variable Transport Costs (POA)
We donate 2 *GIFT VOUCHERS for you to raffle 

OPTION 2
ONLY AVAILABLE WITHIN A 15 MILE RADIUS OF OUR LOCATION
There is a £75 booking fee. Thereafter, we charge the public £3.50 per Pony Ride & keep the proceeds.
We attend with 2 ponies, hats and handlers

*Gift voucher for a Ride & Groom session for one Person (worth £20) 
 
**For a Transport cost Quote please provide the post code of the event. the costs cover fuel/wages/downtime when the ponies are transported or wages/downtime when the ponies can be ridden to your event.
 

All we require from you is a Table & 2 chairs and a bucket of water for the ponies. Plus you may need marigold gloves and a bin liner to clear up the odd poo! But feel free to advertise free manure in the programme!


If you decide to proceed please provide us with the following;

1. Date, Time and Location of the event

2. A mobile telephone number and contact name in case of any unforeseen circumstances on the day (e.g flat tyre, traffic jams etc)!

3. A £50 NON REFUNDABLE deposit by bank transfer, paypal or call me to pay by card. The balance is payable on the day of the event in cash and- a receipt is available on request.

Please send your deposit at your earliest convenience to secure the booking as we cannot hold dates for more than a week sadly.
