We aim to return to our favourite location, Shotover Country Park on the 2nd & 4th Saturday every month. We offer pleasure rides on public bridleways within the 280 acres of Shotover country park. Shotover is a beautiful, tranquil Fusion of countryside & woodland minutes away from the city of Oxford. Why not bring a picnic and enjoy the stunning views and scenery that shotover has to offer?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your ride is due to start to allow us enough time to fit your riding hat and conduct a safety briefing.
Suitable for adults & children. However we ask that parents/guardians of riders under 5 walk alongside their child during the ride, physically supporting them. Parents of older children are welcome to accompany their child on foot during the ride or take the opportunity to have a well earned break! We provide an experienced handler for each pony and carry our mobile phones at all times should you need to contact us.
Horse/pony riding is a risk sport and all riders will be led unless they are experienced and have read and agreed to our ride disclaimer.
